She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Sumner and Elsie "Perry" Sumner; and her brothers, Edward Bishop, Ronnie Sumner (Barbara) and Gary Sumner (Phyllis).
She is survived by: her husband Walter Maggard; her children, Vanessa Boggs (Shawn) and Bruce Maggard (Kimberly); her granddaughter Shelby Maggard (Nick); her great grandchild Sawyer Mathes; and her siblings, Anna Mae Whitaker, Betty Combs (Bob) and Mitchell Sumner (Ina). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
