He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd W. Lemon and Frances Lemon; his wife Janet; his children, David Inscho and Jean Ruhl; his grandson Jason Lee Coulter; and his siblings, Ruth, Florence, Joanne, Janet and Louis.

He is survived by: his daughter Lorie Coulter (Jeffrey); and his adoptive daughter Amanda Hanson. He is also survived by six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
