He is survived by: his wife Judy Anthony; his children, Paula Anthony, Gerald "Jerry" Anthony Jr. (Cynthia) and Pamela Anthony (Don); his grandchildren, Chad Kantlehner, Chloe Kantlehner and Brandon Bellamy; and his sibling's children, Charles Anthony Jr. and Andrea Anthony.
