He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Gayle Summitt, Leisa Ann Kelty and Kathy Jo Husband (Kevin); and his stepchildren, Martin Keplinger (Mary) and Sandra Zieger (Bill). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
