He is survived by: his wife Karen Adams; his son Chris Adams "Rachel"; his grandchildren, Nora and Calvin Adams; his sisters, Donna Pryor "Roger" and Kelli Adams; his siblings-in-law, Tom Railey and Toni Adkins; and his friend Terry Allen.
