He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harold and Ruth McDaniel Leonhardt. He is survived by: his wife Donna McHenry Leonhardt; his daughters, Amanda Link and Jana Hudson; his granddaughters, Olivia and Sophia Hudson; his daughter Christie Shortt; his grandchildren, Emalie, Ethan and Elissa Shortt; his sister Connie Gauer; and his pet Daisy Mae.
