He was predeceased by: his parents, Amanda Battcher and Howard Battcher; and his sister Colleen Battcher. He is survived by: his wife Mary Rose Battcher (Bullock); his children, Amanda Lyons (Jeremy) and Austin Battcher (Lauren); his sister Renee Brusie; his grandchildren, Jake, Lainey Lyons, Rhett, Faith and Levi Battcher; and his nephew Shane Barmore (Icely). He is also survived by many other cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers may be made to Hosparus, St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church or to a memorial bench that will be placed in the Mt. Washington Sports Complex in memory of Mike.
