He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Evans and Emma Davis Evans; and his sister Vivian Smith. He is survived by: his wife Trula Partin Evans; and his children, Kathy Amos (Corky) and Leslie Evans. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
