He is survived by: his wife Linda Boggs; his children, Wendy McElfish (Justin), Christina Wethington (Tom) and John William Boggs, Jr. (Cortney); his stepsons, Scott (Sara), Christopher (Leslie) and Joshua Waddell (Angela); and his siblings, James (Debbie), Brian Boggs (Angie) and Linda Snyder. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
