He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stivers and Dorothy Stivers; his wife Kayleen Stivers; his children, Kyle Richard, Teresa Louise and Diana Sue; his stepson Patrick Engelstad; and his siblings, Lloyd Stivers and Donna Haynes.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shelby Packer (Steven) and Melissa Palmer; his stepson Michael Engelstad; and his siblings, John Kime and Roxanne Davis. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
