He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Nichols and Pearl Nichols (Calvert); and his brother Norman Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Madeline Nichols; his children, Jennifer Ann Smith (Drew), Ryan Nichols (Sandra), Sandra Jean Benz and Sarah Jean Nichols; his grandchildren, Derrick Weisenberger, Brandon Danielowicz, Amber Danielowicz, Heather Shults, Jamie Langley, Stephanie Faulkner and Stephen Mapp; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Weisenberger, Evelyn Weisenberger, Emma Weisenberger, LoloBell Danielowicz, Goldie Danielowicz, Winnie Danielowicz, Claire Stableton, Elijah Shults, Lucas Shults, Ava Shults, Natalie Langley, Matthew Langley, Serena Mapp, Sydney Mapp and Max Mapp.
