She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Weatherholt and Kathryn Weatherholt; and her siblings, Charlene Weatherholt and DeWayne Weatherholt. She is survived by: her husband Mike Johnson; her sister Darlene Sage (John); her grandchildren, Devan, Leia, Brendan, Rylie, Natalie and Savannah; and her great grandchild Blakely.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Schmid Funeral Home (9500 KY-44, Mt Washington, KY 40047). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
