She was predeceased by: her parents, James Crump and Mary Crump (Tuohy); her husband Sherman L. Adams; her daughter Kathleen "Kathy" Blatz; her grandson Brian Myers; her sons-in-law, Robert Key and Terry Blatz; and her brothers, Kevin, James, John, Joseph, Michael and Daniel Crump.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Key, Barbara Myers (Steve), Alicia Adams, Annette Walker, Sherman Adams Jr. (Tara) and John Adams (Brandi). She is also survived by grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hardy-Close Funeral Home (285 S Buckman St, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church (224 Abbott St, Shepherdsville, KY 40165).
