Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Mindy leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Geneva Mattingly and Marvin Mattingly; and her grandmother Evelyn Zachary. She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Wajda (Mike); her granddaughter Violet Evelyn Wajda; and her brothers, Michael Mattingly (Arlene) and Mark Mattingly (Kristen). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Hildegard House, where Mindi spent her final days. Keep Mindi's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
