She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, John Werner "Junior" Leake, Jr. and Kendal Armstrong. She is survived by: her parents, Tammy Leake Armstrong of Terre Haute, Indiana and Brian Armstrong of Mount Washington; her significant other Dallas Garris; and her grandmothers, Joyce Leake of Greenwood and Betty Jo Armstrong of Mount Washington. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mattingly Funeral Home (195 Holy Cross Rd, Loretto, KY 40037). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
