He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lee; his sons, Douglas Lee (Donna) of Lexington, Steven Lee (Gayle) of Fisherville and Christopher Lee (Donna) of Louisville; his siblings, Charles Lee (Barbara) of Liberty, Ina Ellis of Dunnville, Linda Evans (Winfrey) of Hustonville and Audrey Burns (Mike) of Hustonville; and his grandchildren, Austin, Logan, Christara, Ethan and Shaelin. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
