He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Williams and Mary Williams; and his siblings, Kenny Williams and Nancy Bray. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Cecil Williams; and his daughters, Stephanie Williams, Shannon Schmidt and Nicole Brown.
