He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Golden Grasch Hulse of Shelbyville, Kentucky; his brother Marty Hulse (Trudy) of Pedricktown; and his stepchildren, Tammy Grasch White (Dan) of Shelbyville, Thomas Grasch Jr. (Tara) of Clarksville and Timothy Grasch (Shelley) of Pendleton, Kentucky.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
