He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Forshee and Hazel Arline Forshee (Ritchey); his daughter Holly Barksdale; and his siblings, John Forshee, Mark Forshee and Libby Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Robyn Forshee; his son Tommy Forshee; his stepchildren, Jill Proctor (Mark), Leah Tomblinson and Alex Tomblinson (Abigail); his sister Barbara Hoerter (Forshee); and his grandchildren, Savannah Forshee, Riley Simpson, Maddie Simpson, Alyssa Simpson, Anderson Proctor, Mabel Proctor, Stella Johnston and Maverick Johnston.
