She is survived by: her husband Autis Lee Ware; her son Kerry Kelly; her grandchildren, Breezy Kelly, Matthew Nally, Alexis Horning and Nicholas Horning; and her siblings, Kelly Carrier (Veronica), Denise Carrier (Steve), Melinda Harper and Shawn Carrier (Kim). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
