He was predeceased by: his wife Winona "Sumner" Maggard; and his parents, Fred Maggard and Ozie "Coots" Maggard. He is survived by: his children, Vanessa Boggs (Shawn) and Bruce Maggard (Kimberly); his granddaughter Shelby Maggard (Nick); his great grandchild Sawyer Mathes; and his siblings, Jody Couch and Aleen Long (Claudie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
