He was predeceased by : his father Charles Harper; and his siblings, Marquita Harper and Mike Harper. He is survived by : his mother Marjorie Harper (Hardin); his son Anthony W. Harper; and his siblings, Charles Harper, Jr., Amos Harper (Ruth), Pauline Harper (Mona) and Lisa Harper (Steve). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The inurnment was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Stevens Cemetery.
