She is survived by: her husband Haskel Smith; her children, Jeffery Smith and Tammy Collinsworth; her grandchildren, Rebecca Dawn Hayes (Rod), Amber Nicole Collinsworth (Jayson Hale) and Cameron Smith; her great grandchildren, Jeffrey Caleb Combs (Brandi Amburgey), Zackrey Scott King and Alyssa Kelsey Dawn Campbell; and her great great grandchild Nicolas Axel Colwell. She is also survived by Loving Nieces, Nephews, Friends.
