He is survived by: his wife Donita Chaffins Stiltner of Mouthcard, KY; his children, Randall Patrick Stiltner (Grace) of Georgetown, KY and Audra Hope Stiltner of Mouthcard, KY; his grandchild Wren Archer Stiltner; and his siblings, Randy Stiltner and Lydia Shortridge.
