He was predeceased by : his brother Ronnie Hackney; and his parents-in-law, Bob and Lois Smith. He is survived by : his parents, Carl Hackney and Hattie Hackney (Anderson) of Mouthcard, KY.; his wife Connie Lynn Hackney (Smith) of Mouthcard, KY; his children, Harley Smith and Talisha of Mouthcard, KY; his sister Angelic Ramey of North Carolina; and his nieces and nephews, Zoey Hackney, Sydney Smith, Tony Miller, Lucas Cody Smith and Jacob Tanner Thacker.
The family suggests that expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the funeral bill for Rickey Hackney, P.O. Box 1016, Grundy, VA 24614.
