It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Jane Basham of Muldraugh, Kentucky, who passed away on August 20, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddis Kirk and Keelen Kirk (Pace); and her sister Emma Jean Midkiff. She is survived by: her husband Donald Day Basham; her children, Tracey Decker (Mike), Stacey Ashbaugh (Charlie) and Jason Basham; her grandchildren, Andrew Clark, Kristina Reichmuth, Sara Ashbaugh and Krystal Basham; her great grandchildren, Charlie, Raylee Reichmuth and Jameson Devine; and her siblings, Linda McGrew (Jerry) and Eddie Kirk (Margie).
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Alzheimer's Association.
