He is survived by: his significant other Brenda Crawford; his sons, Dennis Adams (Dawn) of Nelson County and Gregory Adams (Kristin) of Brandenburg; his siblings, Raymond Self (Bridgette), Mark Adams (Freda), Tammy Holbrook (Darrel) and Lisa Becker (Scott); his grandchildren, Cheyenne Harrod (Dylan), Montana Adams (Jeff), Jasper Adams, Jacob Adams, Jocelyn Adams, Destiny Adams (Kyle), Slater Adams (Veronica), Elizabeth Adams (J. J.) and Elaina Adams; and his great grandchildren, Madison Holcomb, Levi Spurlock, Annslee Thomas, Jaxon Spurlock, Addison Spurlock, Leighton Harrod, Mckenna Harrod, Braylon Adams, Layton Adams, Octavious Adams and Leroy Adams.
