He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lee and Mable Smith Sullivan; his wife Delores Dorsey Sullivan; and his siblings, Leo Sullivan, Marie Stasel and Faye Squires.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki McMillen of Elizabethtown and Renita Thompson of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Nick Thompson, Amanda Johnson and Megan McMillen; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Logan, Sydney, Kyle, Morgan, Chloe and Riley.
