She is survived by : her parents, Jacob Kurtz and Kathryn Miller Kurtz; her siblings, Larry (Miriam), Matthew, Andrew (Sara Ann), Philip, Norman (Kathryn), Jacob, Jr. and Sarah (Melvin); her grandparents, Jake, Katie Kurtz and Lee Roy Miller; and her nieces and nephews, Aaron, Clara, Eve Marie, Amanda, Juliann, Leah Mae and Lora Beth.
