He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Crump (Josh) and Tanya Veitschegger (Rocky); his grandchildren, Lauren Berkley (Rheece), Joshua Dan Crump (August Neal), Jon Michael Crump and Jake Ryan Crump; and his great grandchild Magnolia Berkley.
