She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Puckett and Zelma Hawkins Puckett Berry; and her husband Ralph T. Dye. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Scott Hodges, Melva Pescor and Patricia Lynn Laferty. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren & 7 great-great-grandchildren.
