He was predeceased by: his father Loren Avery; his grandparents, Anthony, Anna Sims, Hubert and Irene Avery; his uncles, Carlos, Richard, Charles and Kenneth Sims; and his aunt Evelyn Green.
He is survived by: his mother Doris Sims Avery; his sister Kaci Reynolds; his nieces, Harper Thompson and Logann Philpott; his aunt Barbara Hatfield; his uncles, Louis Sims and James Sims; and his cousin Shine.
