He is survived by: his brother Garrell Butler (Dona); his sister-in-law Laura McGhee (Bobby); his nieces and nephews, Morganne Vance (Josh), Mallory Tackett (Wayne) and John McGhee; his sister-in-law Kathy Rodgers; his niece Kayla Monohan (Jeff); his brother-in-law David Puckett; his nieces and nephews, Troy Puckett (Ann), Tony Puckett (Lisa), Rodney Spradlin (Hilda), Mark Butler (Yvonne), Karen Metcalfe, Neila Combs (William) and Roz Lampkins (Andy); his cousin Les Butler; and his close friends, Mary Walters (Scott), Ronnie Paskas (Rosemary) and Neva Brent. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces, and great-great nephews.
