He is survived by: his former wife Anita McBride; his son Chadwell Vail (Audrey); his granddaughters, Rebekah, Lily and Miriam; his wife Nidea Vail (Gardner); his daughters, Maria Gardner (Jacob) and Stefani Farley (Ethan); and his grandson Jacoby.
