She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Alexander Futrell and Irene Futrell (McDaniel); her daughter Andrea Renee Butler (Edna); her grandparents, Robert Lee, Effie Mae Futrell (Scott), Ed and Eula McDaniel (Wallace); and her parents-in-law, Carmon and Margrie Butler.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Don Butler of Murray; her brother-in-law Rickey Dale Butler (Kathy) of Hazel; her niece Tina Butler Ward (Barry) of Hazel; and her nephews, Craig Butler (Kim) of Owensboro, KY and Michael Butler (Jennifer) of Murray. She is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, friends.
