She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Bankes and Madeline Bankes (Lawrence); her daughter Anna Myers; and her brother Michael Bankes. She is survived by: her husband Larry Moore of Murray, KY; her siblings, Cheryl Chadwick (Jason) of Murray, KY and Charles Bankes (Amy) of Nashota, WI; her son Thomas Moore (Lauren) of Murray, KY; and her grandchildren, Ruby Moore, Dexter Moore, Bryce Myers, Zienna Myers, Desiree Myers and Brooke Myers. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews & great-grandchildren.
