April Dawn Arnold (Vince) of Puryear, TN and David Kieth Letterman (Arlene) of Kirksey, KY; his grandchildren, Sam Arnold (Tori) of Paris, TN and Casey Arnold of Puryear, TN; and his siblings, Kerry Letterman of Murray, KY, Tim Letterman of Newberry, SC, Kent Letterman of Manhattan, KS and Carol Reed of Eugene, OR..
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Blalock-Coleman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (713 S 4th St, Murray, KY 42071). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Murray City Cemetery (511 Beale St, Murray, KY 42071).
