He is survived by: his children, Chase Bolen (Kristin) of Murray, Chelsea Bolen of Paris, TN and Charis Bolen of Murray; his sisters, Karen Kineman (Doug) of Paducah and Tobie Allen of Paducah; his grandchild Billie Mae Bolen-Hall; and the mother of his children Christina Shepherd of Murray.
