He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Tomalewicz and Therese Foran Tomalewicz; and his brother Rick Tomalewicz. He is survived by: his daughters, Brandie Monaco (Kyle) of New Port Richey, FL and Lori Sizemore (Chris) of New Port Richey, FL; his brothers, Jack Tomalewicz (Margie) of Cadiz, KY and Bob Tomalewicz (Thelma) of Murray, KY; and his grandchildren, Raymond and Riley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
