He is survived by : his children, Cody Allan Elkins of Murray, KY, Sara June Elkins of Murray, KY and Rachel Lynn Elkins of Murray, KY; his siblings, Phillip Elkins of Murray, KY and Donna Gowdy of Nashville, TN; and his grandchildren, Ashlynn Harper, Peyton Harper, Easton Cannon, Westen Duncan and Graysen Duncan.
