He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Kristie) of Princeton, KY and David Smith (Gina) of Princeton, KY.; his grandchildren, Lacey and Ryleigh Smith; his great grandchild Nealie Vied; and his siblings, Richard Smith of Parker, Johnny Smith of Princeton, Rose Carner of Caldwell County, KY and Patricia Jenkins of Christian County, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
