He was predeceased by : his parents, Marvin L. Gillim and Dorothy LaBarre Gillim; his sons, Patrick Lee Morgan, Jr. and Jeremy Landon Daugherty; and his brother Leonard Gillim.

He is survived by : his wife Cindy Wood Gillim of Murray; his children, Tara Gillim of Genoa, IL, Tina Gillim of Elgin, IL, Lisa Morgan Barrow (Jeff) of Fayetteville, GA and Lorne Kurtis Daugherty (Penny) of Cookeville, TN; and his brother Donald Gillim (Tina) of Hammond, IN.
