He was predeceased by: his parents, C. C. Locke and Hazel Scott Locke; his children, Hope Green and Thomas C. Locke; and his siblings, Treval Modelle Locke, Dorothy Inman, Carrol Gene Locke and Bobby Dean Locke.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Garner Locke; his daughters, Tinamarie Locke of Miami, FL and Bonnie Locke of Murray; and his stepdaughter Jada Kimbro (Brian) of Murray. He is also survived by four grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
