He was predeceased by: his parents, William Loyal Smith and Beulah Smith (Wilson). He is survived by: his wife Maurita Smith (Crouse) of Murray; his children, Kathy Smith of Raleigh, NC and David Smith of Atlanta, GA; his stepchildren, Tracy Pritchett and Yvonna Hooper of Murray; and his brother Mike Kuhn (Rene) of Murfreesboro, TN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
