He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James E. Payne, Sr. and Mary E. Payne (Lamarr) of Murray; his daughters, Kenyarry Somerville of Paris, TN and Layah Payne of Murray; his granddaughter Ahlydia Ayele of Paris, TN; and his siblings, Bonnie Wisdom (Charles) of Hopkinsville, KY, James E. Payne, Jr. (Michelle) of Ft. Wayne, IN, Connie La'Shon Payne and Nekesha Yvette Payne.
