Betty Tarter Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Tarter of Nancy, Kentucky, born in Somerset, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 11, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Padgett and Odetta Padgett; and her husband Wayne Tarter. She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Nostro (Michael) of Grand Island, FL.; her grandchildren, Kimberly Gross (Chris) of Somerset, KY., Chris Nostro (Vanessa) of Clermont, FL., Tamara Shaw (Chris) of Lexington, KY., Jessica Melton (Corey) of Durham, NC. and Austin Tarter of Nancy, KY.; and her sisters-in-law, Pat and Sandy Tarter.
