She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyman Brown (Sabra) and Sabra Winkelman Brown; her husband Woodrow Adams; her daughter Pamela Robertson; her stepdaughter Linda Behnken; and her siblings, Thelma Brown, Imagene Brown, Homer Brown, Marvin Brown, Willis Brown, Sidney Brown, Vernon Brown, Irene Brown, Elizabeth Brown, Barbara Brown and David Brown.

She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Prothro; her stepchildren, Peggy Sue Combs (Lonnie), Jimmy Adams and Brenda Carol McIntosh (Anthony); her grandchildren, Melanie Bickford and Tyler Bellinger; her great grandchildren, Ramona Adams, Madison Brown and Blake Bradshaw; her great great grandchildren, Deion Stuart, Amira Stuart and Treyshaun Stuart; and her siblings, Leo Brown, Geneva Brown, Kathy Brown and Bonnie Brown. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
