He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Kelley and Mabel Cummins Kelley; his former wife Jeraldine Newkirk Kelley; and his siblings, Robert William Fields, Clara Fields, Charles Dwain Kelley, Brenda Saylor and Verna Houston.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Sizemore Kelley of Nancy; his son John B. Kelley (Debbie) of Stanford; his stepson James Nathan Corder of Somerset; his grandchildren, John B. Kelley (Meagan), Hope Carpenter (Joe) and Grace Kelley; his great grandchildren, Dottie, Mallie Kelley and Ellie Carpenter; his mother-in-law Eva Jewel Sizemore of Nancy; and his brother-in-law James T. Sizemore (Terri) of Belpre. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
