She is survived by: her children, Doug Branscum (Amanda) of Nancy, Sally Branscum of Prestonsburg and Sarah Frey (Joe) of Prestonsburg; her sisters, Alma Neeley of Monticello and Sheila Neeley of Nancy; her grandchildren, Trisha Conrad (Joey) of Somerset and Hunter Branscum (Haylea) of Somerset; her sister Michele Branscum (Anthony) of Cynthiana; and her great grandchildren, Virginia, Jayden Conrad, Brantley, Lila, Boone Branscum and Weston Branscum.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Southern Oaks Funeral Home Chapel (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
