She was predeceased by : her parents, Cecil Powell and Nancy Pelca Powell; her husband Ottis Foster; her son Kevin Dean Underwood; and her brothers, Owen Powell, Frank Powell and Cecil Powell.
She is survived by : her children, Richard Collin, Felicia Harding of Bronston, Nancy Gregory (Johnny) of Bronston, Tammy Slagle (Donnie) of Shopville and Michelle Kroell (Terry) of Burnside; and her brother Ronald Powell (Carolyn). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
